Located just off the kitchen is the first guest bedroom, with a King-size bed and its own en suite bathroom. Also on this floor is the washer and dryer. Continuing upstairs is yet another living area, with a 55'' Smart flat screen TV - the perfect place for morning coffee, afternoon aperitifs, or movies for the kids. Open the French doors to invite an ocean breeze in from the large balcony. You'll also find three additional plush bedrooms; two, King-size bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms, and a bunk room that features two sets of twin-over-twin bunks.
The carriage house accommodates up to four, with a Queen-size guest bedroom, and a set of bunk beds just off of the kitchen/living area. The full-size kitchen including stainless steel appliances, and room for four at the kitchen island; cooking with the family couldn't be easier! The living area, complete with a 55'' flat-screen TV, is the perfect place to cozy up in after a day in the sun.
