  • Who Manages The Inn?

  • Where do I check in?

    Check-in is at 3 pm at the Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company, located at 78 N. Barrett Sq, Suite B, in Rosemary Beach. YOU MUST CHECK IN HERE BEFORE COMING TO THE INN. They will have your amenity pass (required for access to the beach and pools), your breakfast coupons, your parking pass, etc. If checking in late, you will receive late check-in instructions from Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company

  • How do I access my beach chairs?

    2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella are provided for each room and will be set up on the beach for you automatically, excluding arrival and departure days. They are the navy blue chairs and umbrellas just to the right of the beach walkover that is located off the western green (across from the Inn). The chairs are first come, first serve for Inn guests and are not labeled with specific guest names. If you would like chairs on arrival or departure days, this can be arranged for an additional fee by calling 844-865-5783 or emailing rentals@rosemarybeach.com. Room 402, our 4-person suite, will have two beach setups when 4 people are occupying the room. This is the only room permitted to have more than 1 beach setup.

  • Do you provide beach towels?

    Yes, there will be two beach towels in your room upon your arrival. When returning from the beach, please shake your sandy towels out and put them in the bin located by the first-floor elevator. Housekeeping will replenish beach towels daily. Extra towels can be found in the bins on the wall by the first-floor elevator. If no extra towels are on the shelf, you can use your white bath towels at the beach or pool. Housekeeping will replenish those as well. Please do not leave our towels at the beach or pools - they will not find their way back to us.

  • What is the procedure for my complimentary breakfast?

    You will receive breakfast coupons for each day of your stay. The coupons will be dated and labeled with your room number. Please bring the coupons with you for each specific day. You will receive a breakfast entree and non-alcoholic beverage from the first-floor restaurant, The Summer Kitchen Cafe. Breakfast for up to 2 people is included in your room rate. If you are staying in one of our suites and have 3 or 4 people in the room, there will be an additional person fee that will cover breakfast, additional linens, etc. for your stay.

  • Where do I get ice?

    The staff in the Summer Kitchen Cafe (first floor) will be happy to fill your ice bucket or provide ice for your beach cooler during regular restaurant hours.

  • What housekeeping services can I expect?

    Daily room cleans are provided for each day of your stay. Our housekeepers usually arrive around 9:30 and stay until their work is done. Housekeeping services are not available after housekeeping has left for the day. In the event of special requests or an emergency, please contact Front Desk (888) 368-8596 or After-Hours Emergency 850-563-1452. As long as no personal items are on your bed, housekeeping will also make up your bed for you daily. If you want your towels replaced, please leave them on the floor. For stays of 4 days or longer, sheets will be changed mid-stay. If you do not want housekeeping to enter your room, please put the do not disturb sign on your door and leave any linens your would like replaced outside your door. Extra toilet paper and kleenex are located in the credenzas on each floor.

  • What is the check-out procedure?

    Check-out is at 10 am. Late check-outs are only available if no one is checking into the room on your check-out day. You can leave your amenity passes in the box next to the Inn entry door or you can check out with the Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company front desk. Note - the property manager will assess extra charges for any passes not turned in.

  • What is the pet policy?

    We are unable to accommodate pets or emotional support animals. Service animals are welcome.

  • What is the smoking policy?

    No smoking or vaping of any substance is allowed anywhere inside the Inn. Violations of this policy will result in extra charges (minimum of $500) and eviction.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    The cancellation policy is set by our property manager, The Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company. Upon booking a reservation, you have 48 hours to cancel/change with no penalty. After the first 48 hours, cancellations or changes will result in the forfeiture of your 50% deposit plus the reservation fee. If a cancellation occurs within 14 days of your arrival date, the entire balance of your stay will be non-refundable and non-transferable. All cancellations and changes must be completed in writing by emailing Rentals@rosemarybeach.com. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Travel Protection Insurance

Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company has partnered with Red Sky Travel Insurance to provide Sun Trip Preserver® coverage for our guests. Sun Trip Preserver provides cancellation and interruption services as well as emergency assistance and travel services. Protect yourself in the event of hurricane evacuations and family emergencies such as illness or death in the family. The travel insurance is optional and the cost is 7.75% of your total reservation stay.
