Inside the home, you will be greeted by a foyer area with a grand winding staircase. On this level is a primary bedroom with direct access to the residence’s private courtyard. This room boasts a private on-suite bathroom with double vanities and a shower. Just across the hall is a coastal themed bunked room with double twin stacked beds. French doors in this room make it especially easy for tired little ones to climb into bed after spending time at the nearby community park. This room as well has access to a half bath, a laundry room, and walk-in shower with direct access to the courtyard.
