Exterior Features

Feel your cares and worries slip away from the moment you arrive at Beach Haven Cottage. Pastel green tones trim the building nicely and are a calm highlight to the home’s rich cream exterior. Drive up to a two-car garage where you can store your rental away from the hot Florida sun. Imagine yourself lounging and taking in the activity of the neighborhood from the outdoor bistro furniture situated on the balcony. Hurricane shutters protect the windows of the home on both floors. A courtyard entrance also gains you access to the home through a small set of gates. Beyond the gates is a wood deck that skirts the home and features an outdoor shower so you can rinse off the sand and salt before entering the home after a day at the beach. Enjoy morning coffee or a relaxing break any time of the day on the deck facing the Gulf from the three sets of bistro outdoor furnishings. The guests lucky enough to claim the first-floor master suite will be treated to their own concrete patio made private by the dunes and decorated with outdoor furnishings in neutral tones.

Interior Amenities

Enjoy calm and relaxation from the moment you step into Beach Haven Cottage. Comfortable furnishings in neutral tones set the stage for rest and relaxation. Take a seat on the comfy couch or a chair and enjoy a movie or show on the flat screen TV or read a book by the fire. The rectangular dining table seats six and is spotlighted by a unique metal chandelier. Open the doors to the deck facing the Gulf or simply enjoy all the natural light pouring in from the windowed French doors and multiple windows throughout. Look up and marvel at the wood beam ceiling with beams painted gray to match the gray tones throughout the rest of the home. A raised bar counter is home to two stools so others can help prepare the meal.
Create a home-cooked meal or grab a quick snack in the fully equipped kitchen which features all stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and contrasting dark counters with plenty of prep space and storage to meet all of your needs.
Retreat to a private bedroom when the day is done. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed on a gorgeous wooden frame. French doors access a private patio overlooking the dunes. The master en suite bath is beautifully decorated in the natural colors found throughout the home. A double sink vanity with storage below and expansive counter space makes getting ready a breeze. Enjoy the luxury of the frameless shower complete with bench seat and built-in shelf for your toiletries.
The second bedroom projects peace and tranquility in the light green tone of the walls accented with whites and grays. Fall into the queen size bed with upholstered headboard that matches the green tone of the walls. The nearby bathroom includes a tub/shower combo with frameless shower enclosure and tiled with white subway tiles. A single sink vanity with storage beneath makes a convenient place to store your toiletries for easy access.

Climb the steps to the loft area where you’ll find more sleeping accommodations. A full-size bed with wicker headboard dominates the area but is hidden from view of the rest of the group for privacy. Fall asleep gazing at the wood ceiling beams painted in gray to match the beams of the living area. A pair of comfortable chairs are highlighted by a small area rug in funky colors that contrast with the natural color wood floors.
