Exterior Features

The expansive multi-story home stuns from the moment you arrive. Creamy yellow siding is highlighted by dark trim on the shutters and molding surrounding the doors and windows that allow in plenty of natural light. All of the first-floor rooms have private access to the outdoor spaces. Relax outside on the porch in one of many Adirondack wood chairs and watch the goings-on of the neighborhood or take some time in one of the outdoor rocking chairs. Occupants of the master bedroom will enjoy lounging or napping on the outdoor swing on the private balcony. 
 

Interior Amenities

Lounge in the living area on a comfortable couch or chair and watch a TV show or movie, read a book, or relax by the fire. A unique coffee table is perfect for snacks or your morning coffee while you sit and enjoy the company of your friends or family. Dark wood floors that run throughout the living room and kitchen are a contrast to the whites and grays of furnishings and cabinetry. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen which features stainless steel appliances including a Wolf range. A large island provides ample counter space and a sink for meal prep as well as additional seating for five. There is plenty of drawer and cabinet space for all of the kitchen essentials. Enjoy the meal at the table spotlighted by a metal chandelier, bench seating built in to the wall, as well as chair seating for approximately 10 people. A half bath is conveniently located off of the kitchen. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry featuring two sets of stacked washer/dryer front load machines with a small sink.

Take the stairs up to the top floor where you’ll find a media area complete with flat screen TV recessed into an alcove in the ship lap decorated wall where you can choose to watch a movie or show, or just hang out in the multiple bean bag style chairs or spread out on the day bed. For more entertainment, take the spiral stairs up to top of the home’s tower and discover a room full of natural light filtered in by large windows and a window-paneled door leading out onto a balcony with a stunning view of the Rosemary Beach community and the Gulf in the distance. Stay inside and enjoy a drink at the bar or gather around the game table for a game of chess or checkers while you lounge in comfortable leather chairs.
When the day is done or you need a refreshing nap, head to one of the private bedrooms. There are three bedrooms on the first level, each with their own en suite bathroom for added privacy. The first bedroom features wood floors, king bed, plenty of storage, wall-mounted flat screen TV and private access to outdoor living areas. The ¾ bath features a luxury shower with rain head and handheld spray along with double sinks. The second bedroom features light, airy colors, a shiplap headboard for the king bed, and private access to the outdoor living space. The en suite includes a vanity with storage and double sinks, as well as a luxury shower with rain head and handheld head. The final bedroom on the first level features a king bed, built-in wall shelves and cabinetry for storage and an en suite bath. The master bedroom resides on the second level and includes a king bed and ¾ bath with luxury shower. The third-level bunk room and full bed sleeping area share a bathroom that features double sinks, plenty of under-counter storage, a dual head shower that includes rain head as well as a handheld head. Two shaded windows offer natural light to the room. There’s a place for everyone to settle down and enjoy their time on Florida’s Emerald Coast.
