Bleeker Cottage is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home with room for up to 10 guests in its 2,700 square feet of living space. Exterior Features

The two-story unit of Bleeker Cottage is the perfect place to call home while you enjoy the fun and sun of the Rosemary Beach community and Florida’s Emerald Coast. The home is the picture of tranquility and relaxation from the moment you arrive. The cream and calm gray trim on the exterior of the home project the aura of relaxation before you even enter the home. Step out onto a deck that boasts several oversize wicker outdoor chairs and watch the kids in the pool or just relax. Travel down into the courtyard and soak up the Florida sun. Take a dip in the in-ground pool or relax muscles tired from a day of activity in the hot tub. A brick patio separates the pool and spa and plays host to outdoor dining for six complete with oversize umbrella for shade. Read a book or soak up the sun in one of the cushioned chaise lounges, while the grill master of the group takes charge of the summer kitchen complete with built-in natural gas grill, fridge, and sink. Head up to the second-floor balcony which spans the back of the house facing the courtyard and around one side for a view of the neighborhood and its stunning architecture. If you’re looking to be on top of the world, or at least the Rosemary Beach community, climb the spiral staircase from the second floor up to the rooftop lookout where you can see the tops of neighboring homes and wave as birds fly by.

Interior Amenities

Step into your home away from home. Relax and enjoy the company of friends and family in the open living area. Settle into the comfortable couch or one of the chairs that surround a coffee table while you watch a show on the flat screen TV or read a book by the fire. A convenient half bath is located just off the living area. The chef of the group will love the fully equipped cozy kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter and cupboard space making putting together any meal a breeze. A raised bar area offers extra seating for four and is spotlighted by simple pendent lights. Enjoy the meal at the large, rustic wood table with seating for eight.

When it’s time to retreat for some privacy, head to one of the bedrooms. Recharge for another day of fun in the first-floor master suite. Fall into the soft linens of a king size bed with upholstered and riveted headboard. Wall-mounted lights on either side of the bed offer extra light for reading. Prepare for the day or scrub off the salt and sunscreen in master bath which includes double sinks and a large, frameless luxury shower. There’s even a small, recessed shelf to hold your toiletries. A sitting area divides spaces and is artfully furnished with a comfortable couch, chair, and oversize ottoman. A second bedroom boasts a queen size bed, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and ¾ en suite bath with single sink and frameless shower enclosure. A third bedroom set up for the kids includes a twin-size bed and a single-over-single bunk, as well as a flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom boasts a queen bed, tall chest of drawers and large closet to store all the items you brought with you as well as the souvenirs you’ll bring home. The fourth bathroom is shared by the kids and the occupants of the fourth bedroom and includes a tub/shower combo and double sinks.
