This spacious rental spreads out over an impressive 2,992 square feet and comes complete with 4 beds and 3 baths. It is perfectly suited to sleep 12 guests. Not only is it large and perfect for a family reunion or group of close friends, but it also comes with a slew of amenities. As you enter the courtyard, the first thing you’ll notice is the gorgeous private pool. A great space for family and friends to enjoy the Florida sun.
As you walk in, you’ll take note of the bright nature of the home, thanks to the light-colored walls and tall, wide windows which allow the sun to trickle in, bathing the home in a warm, welcoming light. The elegant dining area with its large wooden table and beautiful chandelier is perfect for family meals. In the open living room, you’ll find comfortable chairs and couches arranged to accommodate conversation and relaxation. The kitchen has had no expenses spared as well, with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances that perfectly compliment the interior design. You’ll also find an eating area that is perfect for a laid-back lunch or when one needs to just grab a quick bite.
As you continue to explore the first floor you’ll find the guest bedroom with a shared bath and the laundry room. As you approach the top of the stairs, you’ll notice that this floor offers the remaining sleeping quarters. You make your way to the master bedroom with a tall, vaulted ceiling. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. Make your way into the next bedroom, complete with a comfortable queen bed, and bright blue chairs to relax upon after a long day of exploring. The kids room is complete with wooden bunk beds, couch, and television.
This property requires a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer and a 4 night minimum stay during shoulder season.
Pool can be heated October 1st through May 1st for an additional fee.
