The flat features a spacious master and guest suite, a fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and granite countertops, combined living/dining area, and a balcony overlooking for St. Augustine Green - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon appetizer. Located on the 2nd floor, you’ll immediately notice the open concept living room; if you find yourself needing some extra sleeping space, rest assured in knowing that this room also doubles as a sleeping area thanks to the queen-sized sleeper couch. The dining and kitchen area has plenty of room for the family, and bar seating for breakfast, or meals with the kids. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a night in, cooking with family or friends.
Off the living room, you’ll find a guest bedroom with a Queen size bed and plenty of storage in dressers, and a closet. The hall bath is complete with a vanity, and tub/shower combo. Just down the hall is the master suite with a King size bed and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, shower, and separate tub – the ideal setup for a relaxing ending to a long day at the beach!
