As you walk into the main entrance of these 3-beds, 3.5-bath home, you’ll notice that there is quite the natural elegance to it. You spy a staircase leading upwards, and with a quick glance at the washer and dryer tucked away on the bottom floor, you head into the unknown before popping out on the next floor. Settled before you is the main living area, featuring an open floor plan that makes the floor feel quite large. The beautiful blues accents throughout the house give it a light, energetic feel while also carrying the calm serenity of the Gulf. Walk into the living area, where you’ll spy a fireplace around which to enjoy nighttime conversations. You’ll also see a large television nestled into the walls—perhaps you are already thinking of which shows to watch in the evening when you’re all stretched out on the chairs and couch.

Continue to explore and you’ll find yourself in the dining area, which hosts a beautiful and large dining table complete with elegant chandelier, utensils, and a collection of plates colored the hue of turquoise. Next to it is the kitchen, complete with a large breakfast bar, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A private patio sits just off the kitchen and dining area. Head back inside and make your way back to the stairs, where you once more climb to the floor above.

As you reach the third floor, you’ll find all the bedrooms tucked away behind various doorways. You’ll find the master bedroom complete with a king bed and private bathroom with a tub and shower. You’ll also find a private balcony, perfect for those times you need some fresh air and to be alone for a bit. Continue exploring and you’ll find the second bedroom complete with a queen bed and a private bathroom hosting a tub/shower combo.
