When looking for the perfect vacation home, it is always nice to find accommodations that include all the comforts of home. If you are looking for a quaint and beautiful place to spend your next family vacation, look no further than Java Cottage!
As you approach the front the porch, you already looking forward to sipping a cup of coffee while watching the sun come up. You walk in and see a home colored with cream walls, wooden floors, and calming blue accents. The open floor plan of the living and dining room you’ll find gives it a clean, airy, and bright look that can’t help but raise even the lowest of spirits.
You’ll find the sitting area has two comfortable couches which can turn into queen-sized sleepers, should you have a particularly large group. Off of the living room, you’ll also find the dining room features a table surrounded by wicker chairs. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, white wooden cabinets, and a gas cooktop. You’ll also spot a lovely half-bath as well as side-by-side washer and dryers, which we all know is a convenient perk. Walk out back and you’ll spy a lovely, private courtyard, complete with a gas grill and dining area, perfect for a evening cookout.
As you climb up to the second floor, you’ll be pleased to find your sleeping quarters which are just as lovely as the rest of the home. You’ll find the guest bedroom complete with a king bed with a private bathroom and a 55” smart TV. Continue exploring, and you’ll spot the master suite, complete with a private bath and large soaking tub. It also comes with a private balcony for you to sit upon and watch the sun sink below the horizon.
*Please note, when booking a winter monthly rental, access to the Fitness Center and Racquet Club is not included but can be added at those facilities.
This property requires a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer and a 4 night minimum stay during shoulder season.
