There are times when we don’t want to travel with a large group but would rather have a quiet and intimate vacation by ourselves or with our significant other. Many who are travel alone or with just one or two people might head for the typical hotel or resort. However, you’ll quickly find that these rooms lack individuality and feel like a cookie cutter copy of every other one you’ve ever seen. The First Floor
This 1-bed, 1.5-bath carriage house features 726 square feet and can house a total of five guests, making this perfect for the small group or lone individual looking for someplace to call their own. As you walk in, passing the wrap-around balcony perfect for a morning of relaxing as you watch the sun rise above the horizon, you’ll find that the open floor plan and cream-colored walls make for an elegant home with just a flair of sophistication. However, you’ll still find simplistic décor decorating the walls, giving the design an elegant feel. The open living room features a large flat screen TV complete with lovely couches and a fireplace to fill your home with flickering warm light. As you continue to the kitchen, you’ll notice a breakfast bar for those times you just need to have a quick bite before leaving for you adventures. Despite the smaller size, you’ll find your kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and equipped with all you’ll need to create a feast. You’ll also find a small dining room as well as twin beds built into the wall near the kitchen.
Second Floor
You’ll eventually spy a stairwell; upon climbing the steps, you’ll discover the upstairs sleeper loft complete with a queen bed. The upstairs loft is even complete with your own private television for those late nights when sleep is alluding you. You’ll also find a nearby half-bath complete with walk-in shower. If you glance around, you’ll also discover your washer and dryer, which anyone who has spent time without will know just how much of a perk it is not to have to clamber down to the nearest laundromat.
