The First Floor

This 3-bed, 2.5-bath cottage stretches an impressive 2,108 square feet and can house a total of 8 guests, making this the perfect choice for a large family or those who are traveling with a group of close friends. Exploring the outside, you will be pleased to note the outdoor grill as well as eating areas and porch swings which are perfect for those lazy mornings gazing out as the world awakens. As you walk in, one of the first things you’ll notice is the elegant and sophisticated feel that hangs in the air. With numerous paintings and works of art dotted around, you’ll find yourself half tempted to grab a nice bottle of wine, turn the lights low and enjoy the classier things in life. As you explore, you’ll find the lovely living room featuring a 44” flat screen as well as a cozy fireplace to relax in front of on a cool night. The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, including an island bar which is perfect for those quick bites to eat. The dining room includes a large table with enough seating for all your guests to enjoy a feast. 

The Second Floor

As you climb the stairs and reach the second landing, you’ll find the rental’s bedrooms. Starting off, we have the master bedroom featuring a king bed, private double vanity bathroom, a small writing area for those times that work calls, as well as a private entrance to the shared balcony. You’ll also find the first guest bedroom complete with a queen bed and 32” flatscreen TV. Guests staying in this room will be sharing a bathroom with the bunk room, which features two bunk beds and a 42” TV. This second guestroom is perfect for those who find themselves traveling with little ones.
