Living the Dream Cottage sits on the south side of 30A and is the first home next to Main Street on Rosemary Ave - Perfectly located in the heart of Rosemary Beach.
This luxury home features four bedrooms with four and a half bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The first level has a coffee bar and a small sitting area perfect for taking in your morning coffee. This level offers 3 exquisite bedrooms. The first of which has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds. The other 2 guest rooms are equipped with queen beds, TVs and private baths with stand up showers.
On the second floor you will find the living room, dining room, and kitchen are situated in one great room with spectacular floor to ceiling windows that peek out onto the quiet streets of Rosemary. Along with the main living areas, you’ll find a media room.
The third floor features an expansive master suite, complete with a sitting room, coffee bar and a private bath. Once in the sitting room of the master suite you will find a spiral stair case that leads to the perfect spot for relaxing after a long day. It is a circular room with plenty of seating and windows that overlook the Gulf and Rosemary Beach.
This property requires a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer and a 4 night minimum stay during shoulder season.

The First Floor
This 4-bed, 4.5-bath houses a total of 12 guests, making it the perfect place for coming with many friends and family. As well, stretching a whopping 3,518 square feet, you are sure to have plenty of space while also being close together. As you walk in, you’ll spy cream walls, however, the accents and décor give one the feeling of the sea and the fish statues only increasing the illusion. On the first floor you’ll find a small coffee bar as well as a small sitting area to enjoy an early morning cup of joe as the rest of the world wakes up with you. You’ll also find the first guest bedroom which features two twins over twin bunk beds, making it perfect for any younger travelers you might have with you. You’ll also find the second guest room featuring queen beds, a TV, and a private entrance to the shared hall bathroom with is complete with a walk-in shower. You’ll also find a third bedroom that matches the previous one.
The Second Floor
As you climb the stairs to the second floor, you will find the main visiting and living areas, as well as a dining area for you all to sit around the table and enjoy a warm home cooked meal. You’ll also find the full kitchen which will call to you to let out the culinary side and create a masterpiece for your guests to enjoy. You’ll also find a media room perfect for those laid back, lazy days when all you want to do is relax on a comfortable seat and enjoy a show or two.
The Third Floor
As you continue to explore, you’ll come to the third floor which offers the master bedroom, which is more of a small apartment. You’ll find an additional sitting area, complete with coffee bar, fridge, and microwave. This makes this room perfect for any introvert that might be accompanying you and occasionally might look for a bit more alone time then the rest of the crew.
