First Floor Flat
This beautiful two bedroom condo is the perfect location for a small family to enjoy the best of Rosemary Beach. Located on St Augustine Green and near the Cabana Pool, this condo features a spacious king suite with a newly remodeled en-suite bathroom, large walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted TV, and is situated across the hall from the newly remodeled 2nd bath,. There are built-in bunks in the hallway. Please note there isn't a TV in the king bedroom, but one may be requested through RBCR.
The 1200 sq. ft. unit was newly renovated in 2023 and features an open floor plan with new hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped updated remodeled kitchen, adjoining dining area, and comfortable sitting area with flatscreen TV. Open the double french doors onto the private patio featuring a comfortable sitting area and bar top table and chairs and gorgeous views of the large St Augustine Green across the street. The kids can enjoy the green or the splash pad and take advantage of the activities and concerts at the St. Augustine Amphitheater – both seconds away from your doorstep! We provide bocce, croquet, corn hole, and other outdoor family games to play on the green.
It's a short walk from your sanctuary on the green, along the quiet tree lined streets to the beaches or the shops and restaurants of downtown Rosemary Beach. Don't forget to watch the spectacular sunsets on one of the many beach walk-overs.
March through October is sea turtle nesting season. Please leave the beaches clean of any trash, use only red light flashlights, and fill in any holes the kiddos may dig, as turtles are easily disoriented and may “false crawl” or even get stuck in large holes. In addition, beach walkers could twist an ankle if accidentally stepping in holes.
