Scout’s Place Loft is located in the heart of North Barrett Square, overlooking one of Rosemary’s most popular greens! With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an added bunk room, this loft is spacious enough to be a retreat for your family, yet still cozy enough for a couples’ getaway.
Scout’s Place has been newly decorated with contemporary décor and finishes. Its modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops flows seamlessly into a large, open dining and living area. The bold, earthy colors of the furnishings contrast perfectly with the incredible amount of natural lighting. From the living room, you can open French doors leading to a private balcony. With a high-top table and comfortable seating for two, the west-facing balcony is the perfect spot to watch the sun set over Rosemary Beach.
Scout’s Place Loft has amenities for everyone including, TVs in each bedroom and the bunk room which has a TV for each bunk (so no arguments over who gets the remote!), free adult bikes, and it is only steps away from shopping, dining, and activities in Barrett Square!
This property requires a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer and a 4 night minimum stay during shoulder season.
